Tristan was fantastic- a true computer wizard! I spilt water on my beloved Macbook Air and the backlight was flickering and my wifi wasn’t working – Tristan dried and fixed it all up for me! I am so happy with the service, it was so quick, well priced and convenient! I highly recommend this service.

  Tristan was nothing but professional, responsive and helpful. Problem fixed and back operational. When the power goes out, call an electrician. When your computer and the myriad of systems it support goes down, call the Uber Nerd!

  I needed to transfer everything (apps, photos, email, contacts, etc) from an old iPad to a new one. Due to problems with my old PC, it proved more difficult than first thought, but Tristan ploughed through and took my PC and two iPads to his place where he quickly sorted it out. It ended up taking more than three hours but because he initially quoted an hour, he came to a very fair compromise which I was happy with. If needed, I will certainly use him again in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends experiencing computing problems.
