I needed to transfer everything (apps, photos, email, contacts, etc) from an old iPad to a new one. Due to problems with my old PC, it proved more difficult than first thought, but Tristan ploughed through and took my PC and two iPads to his place where he quickly sorted it out. It ended up taking more than three hours but because he initially quoted an hour, he came to a very fair compromise which I was happy with. If needed, I will certainly use him again in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends experiencing computing problems.

Tristan’s professionalism and communication matches his knowledge when it comes to fixing computers. My 2011 iMac was on what I thought may have been its last legs, but he weaved his sorcery in 4 hours and its like new again, super fast and loads more storage. Very reasonable hourly rate and he even arrives in a fab red sports car to pick up/drop off the comp. Highly recommended!!
